Our members have some experience of leading photographic groups both in Europe and in the USA.

These photo tours are not a part of the Photoshop And Digital Imaging Experts Groups normal activity but the group is pleased to support those involved in arranging such trips.

Due to problems with security at UK & US airports, there has been some considerable concern about taking large,high value, relatively fragile photographic items as cabin baggage.

Due to this problem, there is only one series of photographic tours planned for the USA in 2010.

Leaving the UK early in October, the first destination for the US photographic tours is Salt Lake City. From there we will be driving north, through Jackson, across Montanan, taking in The Tetons, Yellowstone National Park, Glacier National Park and points in between.

This two week trip terminates back in Salt Lake City where you will have the option of either returning to UK or continuing on the second leg for a further two weeks.

This will take in The Arches, Canyonlands, Bryce & Zion, Page Slot Canyons and, depending on road and weather conditions, possibly the north rim of the Grand Canyon.
